How are projects graded?

Every project is scored before listing across financial leverage, sector and country risk, concentration, collateral quality and a final committee judgement. The result is a grade from A (lowest risk, lower rate) through BBB and BB to B (higher risk, higher rate). We do not currently list anything below grade B. How many projects should I diversify across?

Diversification is the single most effective way to smooth your returns. Investing EUR 100 in each of 10 projects spreads EUR 1,000 across ten borrowers instead of concentrating it in one. We suggest spreading capital across many positions and keeping any single project to a small share of your portfolio. Auto-Invest makes this easier to maintain automatically.

Are there fees on my investment?

Investing in a project and receiving your monthly interest is free for you. There are no top-up fees, no fee for using Auto-Invest and no fees on withdrawals. Our revenue comes from the borrower side.
