Every project is scored before listing across financial leverage, sector and country risk, concentration, collateral quality and a final committee judgement. The result is a grade from A (lowest risk, lower rate) through BBB and BB to B (higher risk, higher rate). We do not currently list anything below grade B. How many projects should I diversify across?
Diversification is the single most effective way to smooth your returns. Investing EUR 100 in each of 10 projects spreads EUR 1,000 across ten borrowers instead of concentrating it in one.
