You can list eligible active investments for sale on the secondary market from your portfolio. Early exit takes place only when another investor buys your position; listing it does not mean it has been sold. A position becomes available for sale 15 days after the project reaches its funding target, and a claim bought on the secondary market can be re-listed 15 days after purchase. While a listing is active you can cancel it at any time and keep receiving payments as normal.

Yes, at any time. You can adjust the criteria, pause the strategy, or stop it entirely from your dashboard. Changes apply to future allocations only; positions already funded are unaffected and continue to pay as normal.

What is Auto-Invest?

Auto-Invest places your money into new projects automatically according to rules you set: the amount per project (from EUR 100), rate and term, maximum debt ratio, maximum LTV, credit-history requirements, whether to skip projects you already hold, and a minimum balance to keep in reserve.
